USDA butchered cut and wrapped half of a lamb. This allows you to have your meat processed how you want it. Hanging weights may vary for each one, but it should be between 20 to 25 lbs. Pricing will be adjust to hanging weight after sale to reflect correct weight and butcher fees will be added. They were delivered to the processor on June 12th and the cut list is due by June 15th. Your lamb will be cut & vacuumed packed with the weight on label. This will not be ready until Mid - June and must be reserved by June 15th.
