Our cattle are grass-fed from the start and grass-finished until the end. We rotate our herd intentionally over small pastures every few days, ensuring they always have fresh grass. This helps to mimic the way herds of herbivores used to wander over our native Oklahoma grasslands, working within the natural ecosystem that exists instead of fighting it. Always making sure our cattle are on fresh grass and rotating them in turns over the fields with our pastured chickens helps manage their digestive flora and keeps them healthy. This means we never have to treat our cows with any medication, antibiotics, or hormones. It's clean food from the start to finish that results in a lean, flavorful T-bone that you can feel good about eating or serving to your customers. Our butcher thick-cuts our steaks to 1" to ensure they stay moist through cooking.
